DARAY have been making specialised lights since 1969. A privately-owned British company, DARAY developed the concept of optical back projection through twin apertures, and produced the patented 'BILITE' dental light. Because of its technology, the 'BILITE' set new standards for dental operating lights, and is only now being supplemented by DARAY's world-leading DL50 parabolic-reflector light.

For over 20 years, DARAY have produced a comprehensive range of medical examination lights to support general practitioners and podiatry and ENT specialists. DARAY now offer in addition a family of high-intensity lights that exceed the European standard for minor-surgery lighting. Many of DARAY's products have been designed with the veterinary surgeon in mind.
